At Norris Contracting & Renovations, we're excited to introduce NEXUSACP: the newest member of our services suite. This evolution within our project management oversight stemmed from an ever-increasing awareness of communication challenges and progress friction currently existing within the life of the claim. So many people and so many moving parts can usually end up working as efficiently as the proverbial too many cooks in the kitchen! In our research, we discovered that there were portals being used within the insurance and claim communities, but their main purpose focused primarily on document and photo submittal. Having the experience of our BuildBack Central System under our belt, we knew that we could create not just a portal, but a cohesive system that would truly solve many of the issues that bog the insurance claim cycle down. So we did it. And it's here, ready to serve every adjuster as their own, personal concierge ... from claim to close.
How it Works is Why it Works
- The combination of our portal's technology and our team's personal oversight makes NEXUSACP an adjuster's greatest ally in processing and closing claims with efficiency and security.
- Every stakeholder gets a dashboard: the adjuster, the property owner, and all of the curated contractors.
- Claims get submitted by the adjuster, and the system and our team take it from there. We move things through every necessary step of the process, including identifying and engaging with all of the necessary services, trades, and contractors. All approvals, scheduling, work orders, photos, estimates, invoices, and documentation are handled and housed within the system and can be accessed by adjusters at any time - even at 10pm in your pajamas!
- Once the claim has a signed certificate of completion, all related documents will be archived in the adjuster's document vault for easy access and downloading.
- Contractors and property owner dashboards allow them to engage with us one-on-one, keeping the trajectory moving forward with precision and clarity for all.
