Alligning Stakeholder Interests
We have created a simple, seamless pathway to partnership that focuses on efficiency, consistent communication, and personalized customer service throughout every step of the project because our success depends on the full satisfaction of every party invested in the job.

1. Referral Partner Onboarding
We begin our process by partnering with remediation and abatement companies, getting each one registered in our BBC System with their own personal dashboard. We also provide all the tools needed to represent us to their customers as a seamless continuation of their own services and comprehensive completion to the work being done in their homes.

When our referring partners have a project ready to upload, they simply go to their BBC dashboard, click on "submit new project" and the system walks them through inputting the customer's information as well as project details and site photos that show the extent of the damages and repairs they are conducting for the homeowner. Once submitted, we take it from there.

3. Initial
Homeowner Contact
When a new project hits BBC, we begin our process of responding the very same day. We will initiate communication with homeowners through a phone call to introduce NCR and explain our services and processes. We then follow up with an email to recap our conversation and prepare the homeowner for the upcoming site visit scheduling and estimate creation.

4. Trades &
Contractor
Assignments
While we are reaching out to the homeowner, we are simultaneously assessing the project details so that the appropriate trades and local, curated contractors can be chosen and contacted for their availability to work on the project with us. Our curation process is based on referrals from our national network, customer reviews, good standing within the community, and a desire to partner with us for excellence. Once awards are made, we move forward together.

5. Assessments,
Estimates, &
Invoicing
We work closely with the homeowners and contractors to schedule site visits, ensuring that estimates are created in an efficient manner that works with everyone's schedules. Once we receive the estimates, we convert them and send them to the homeowners. We also work directly with insurance adjusters when it is of value to the homeowner. Once estimates are approved, we require a 50% deposit to schedule work to begin and send final invoices when the job is completed.

We personally touch every project, every day. Understanding the pace of working with insurance companies and materials constraints can sometimes slow progress, we stay proactive by making sure communications are consistent so that questions stay answered and speedbumps stay mitigated. Our job is to make sure our homeowners feel understood, our contractors feel represented, and our referring partners feel proud.
